Current or former member of numerous other judicial and legal committees including but not limited to Rules of Evidence Committee, Alabama State Bar Judicial Liaison Committee, Alabama Judicial Caseload Study Committee, Subcommittee chair of Judicial Article Study Committee.

Legal Practice Experience

Over fourteen years (1992-2006) of extensive trial (jury and non-jury) and appellate practice. Legal counsel for various Mobile and regional business entities for more than ten years. Participated in Oral arguments before the U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and all three Alabama appellate courts.
